Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Wild Paws Animal Wellness • Scheduling: All sessions are booked in advance through my website or email. Remote sessions are held over Zoom. • Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your session. • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable. • Animal Comfort: Please make sure your pet is in a calm, comfortable environment during the session. • Session Flow: Since I follow the animal’s lead, sessions may end earlier if your pet shows they are “full.” In that case, you’ll only be charged for the time used. • Disclaimer: Reiki is a complementary practice and not a replacement for veterinary care.
